Walnut Mill Hands-on Experience

Take a journey through time to experience one of the Perigord’s lasting traditions.

This private, hands-on experience takes you to one of the oldest nut mills still in existence - founded in 1560 - whose artisanal production of nut oils continues today.

With your apron and gloves on, you’ll participate in every step of the production from crushing the raw nuts to a paste, roasting the paste, then pressing the paste into oil.

Finish your experience with a large bottle of freshly produced oil as a souvenir.
